Breathwork & Soundbath in the Park

🌲Teaming up with this lovely lady to bring you a special event, Breathwork & Soundbath in the park. 🍂 We will be falling on the heels of the Autumn Equinox, the balance point of light and dark.⚖️ As we reflect the natural cycles in our own lives, we take time to honor the harvest of efforts and intentions for our path that we set earlier in the year.

Holding space for prosperity and gratitude; acknowledging growth and expansion as a natural evolution of being. Our lives go through cycles of growth, harvest, death, and rebirth just as we see in nature; as within so without.🌀

🌬 Alexa’s Breathwork modality is a healing therapy that uses conscious circular breathing paired with an intentionally cultivated playlist to unlock an altered state of consciousness. The accelerated breath clears emotional blocks and stagnant energy from the mind and body.

Conscious circular breathwork increases the circulation of oxygen through the body, which activates different areas of the brain to create new neural pathways for a deeper awareness and stronger sense of self, while releasing unresolved emotions and trauma.

💎 Christina will utilize various instruments and some hands on energy work throughout the breathwork session to assist in the movement of energy. A synergistic combination of breathwork, energy work, and sound.

🔔Following the breathwork we will settle into a full soundbath for integration.

This is an outdoor event; bring a yoga mat, pillows or bolsters, blanket, water, and natural bug spray.
