Join Sonic Yogi (Jonathan Adams) and Gaialchemy (Christina Garrand) for an evening of Meditative Sound Alchemy.

Sonic Yogi was originated in 2012 after Jonathan Adams experienced extreme anxiety. As a professional musician he knew the potential of music to entertain and move our emotions, now following this experience he discovered its power as a healing force. Since then, Jonathan has put his intention and focus into the exploration of the healing potential of music and has given talks and workshops on vibrational sound therapy at TedX, national spiritual living conference and more. His vibrational sound therapy tracks, can be streamed on Spotify, Pandora, SoundCloud, YouTube and the InsightTimer app. He continues to explore ways in which sound as therapy can to help people to relax, de-stress, enjoy deeper meditations and feel great.

Christina is a yoga and meditation teacher, energy healer, sound practitioner, and ceremony facilitator. She began using sound as a way to bring deeper healing and harmony to her students and clients.

Sound has the ability to affect us on a deeper level, by enabling us to transcend our normal, day to day, states of consciousness and find states of relaxation or even transcendence from day to day stresses. Sound therapy also focuses less on the traditional styles of music and more on sounds (specific frequencies or rhythms). Most of the time it is intentionally kept simple in order for the listener to focus less on the composition and facilitate a mental space for letting go of stress. ~Jonathan
