Join us for an afternoon tea and soundbath. We will share a seasonal tea and invite you into a meditative journey through sound. Sound vibrations are created utilizing various multi-cultural instruments including bells, chimes, gong, rainstick, rattles, drums, and 7 crystal bowls.

All are welcome: bring a friend, family member, or come on your own.

• bring your favorite tea mug (some will be available)

• bring a yoga mat (mats available for rent)

• bolsters and blankets provided (feel free to bring your own pillow and blanket to get cozy)
